Theme: AI Horizons – Shaping the Future of Business Research Collaboration
As part of CCBRS 2025, we invite research students to participate in our Poster Competition—a unique opportunity to visually showcase innovative work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and business research. All students are welcome to submit their research in the form of a poster, especially those whose work aligns with this year’s theme: AI Horizons: Shaping the Future of Business Research Collaboration. We are particularly interested in original, thought-provoking contributions that advance interdisciplinary inquiry. Whether your research focuses on AI in marketing analytics, organizational behaviour, financial forecasting, cross-functional innovation, or other related areas, we welcome compelling visual presentations that inspire conversation and insight.
From all submissions, the top 10 entries will be selected by a faculty panel and featured in an in-person exhibition during the conference. Each selected finalist will receive $100 to support poster production and travel costs. During the event, a panel of 3–5 faculty judges—renowned AI-focused researchers from Canadian business schools—will evaluate the posters on originality, relevance, clarity, and visual impact. The top three posters will each receive a $500 cash prize in recognition of excellence. Interested participants must register and submit a poster title and abstract during the application phase.
